This morning we saw general upward movements in the UK Markets. This followed from positive movements in the Asian markets overnight.
Hong Kong 50 ↑ 1.13%
Japan 225 ↑ 0.56%
The movements have generally not been dramatic, but across the board upwards.
This most likely is a general market rebound due to the lack of further negative news overnight & strong recent downward falls.
The news that the UK economy shrank 0.1% in January does not appear to have affected the market at all.
